Nowadays, talent shows are extremely popular amogst people of all ages, since they cover multiple areas of entertainment attractive to different profiles. Out of many talent shows in my country, “Ja imam talenat” is the one that sticks out of the bunch and is the most popular one.
The idea of the show is to determine the most talented contestant out of thousands who apply every year in hopes of gaining popularity and media recognition as well as earning a huge cash prize. It is constructed of five rounds where contestants get eliminated until they reach the grand finale where three acts are left standing and are still in the run for becoming Serbia’s biggest talent.
There is a wide variety of talented people, from singers and dancers to puppeteers and even magicians, which shows inclusivity and recognition of the talents which are usually not appreciated or are undervalued. It takes courage to show up on such a big stage and present your talent in front of millions of people watching from home. Seeing the bravery of the people with the same talent as them, young people get encouraged to come out of their shell, spread their wings and show everybody what makes them special.
Ja imam talenat is truly a great example of a show suitable for everybody, with it’s impact on society, especially the younger generations as well as it’s entertaining aspect, and I have no hesitation in recommending a TV format like this one.
